As a Marketing Manager at iKala Cloud, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our cloud services and drive business growth. You will lead a team of 2-3 marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in cloud technology marketing.

【Responsibilities】
  1. Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing Go-to-market strategies to promote our cloud services and solutions, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
  2. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success and professional development.
  3. Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns, including webinars, conferences, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  4. Market Research : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights to shape marketing strategies.
  5. Content Creation : Collaborate with the cross-functions to create compelling and informative content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and more.
  6. Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and monitoring ROI.
  7. Performance Analysis : Familiar with marketing metrics to track, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  8. Partnership and Alliances : Identify and manage partnerships and alliances with other organizations to expand our market reach and influence.
【Requirements】
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  2. 8+ years of marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience focusing on cloud services or technology products.
  3. Proven experience in team management and leadership.
  4. Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including but not limited to event planning, digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
  5. Analytical and data-driven mindset to measure and optimize marketing activities.
  6. Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within the organization.
