(Senior) Marketing Manager
As a Marketing Manager at iKala Cloud, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our cloud services and drive business growth. You will lead a team of 2-3 marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional with a proven track record in cloud technology marketing.
- Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing Go-to-market strategies to promote our cloud services and solutions, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success and professional development.
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns, including webinars, conferences, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Market Research : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights to shape marketing strategies.
- Content Creation : Collaborate with the cross-functions to create compelling and informative content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and more.
- Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and monitoring ROI.
- Performance Analysis : Familiar with marketing metrics to track, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Partnership and Alliances : Identify and manage partnerships and alliances with other organizations to expand our market reach and influence.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 8+ years of marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience focusing on cloud services or technology products.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including but not limited to event planning, digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset to measure and optimize marketing activities.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within the organization.
