We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, particularly in the logistics sector, and possess excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with French proficiency considered a valuable asset.


  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and prospecting activities.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their logistics requirements.
  • Regularly update clients on service offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and achievements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Share market feedback and insights to help refine and improve services.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must; proficiency in French is a valuable asset.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
