Currently, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our Growth department in order to help Floship in a high-growth period, closing both inbound and outbound leads.


  • Understanding Floship’s sales funnels, both inbound and outbound, and becoming the first point of contact with potential customers.
  • Identifying potential leads, qualifying, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Work effectively in CRM - report progress, and provide insight on lead development.
  • Generate customized quotes depending on the product / business.
  • Building and growing your own portfolio of clients, identifying potential up-sell opportunities.


  • Previous experience working in B2B software sales or e-commerce / logistics industry.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with C-Level executives and business owners.
  • At least 1-2 years of sales experience, with a track record for closing deals.
  • Previous start-up experience is preferred.
  • Competency with Microsoft Excel - knowing more than just the basics.
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English and Chinese languages.
  • Familiar with sales tools, including CRM, email automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Quick learner, able to handle constant change and speed in a start-up environment.
